About the role

As a Curriculum Designer at Masters? Union, you?ll be responsible for conceptualizing, structuring, and co-developing cutting-edge learning modules across business, technology, and interdisciplinary domains. You?ll collaborate closely with industry leaders, faculty, and students to ensure our curriculum stays relevant, practical, and immersive.


Specifically, this role will involve

  • Collaborating with faculty to build deep, session-level design across courses:
  • Defining pre-class investigations (videos, readings, podcasts, coding tutorials)
  • Designing in-class engagement (simulations, coding labs, debates, role-plays)
  • Preparing post-class reflection and graded homework
  • Curating datasets, toolkits, and code libraries
  • Ensuring every session has a compelling Micro Question, business linkage, and applied task.
  • Staying current with the latest in Data Science AI: tools (e.g., LangChain, HuggingFace, Snowflake), techniques (e.g., RAG, multi-agent architectures), and pedagogies (e.g., flipped classroom, case-based, studio learning).
  • Working with faculty to embed cutting-edge algorithms and business applications in each session (e.g., LLMOps, Explainable AI, AutoML).
  • Translating course objectives into measurable outcomes.
  • Defining rubrics, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Working with the academic office to track AoL across cohorts and refine instruction accordingly.
  • Acting as the bridge between curriculum intent and classroom delivery.
  • Providing briefing notes, teaching aides, and session facilitation templates.
  • Coordinating guest lectures, external tool integrations, or capstone reviews.
  • Auditing and updating the curriculum every term to ensure relevance.
  • Mapping each course to industry skill needs and graduate employability.
  • Piloting innovations such as GenAI-infused assignments, simulations, or bootcamps.


Ideal candidate will have

  • Strong grounding in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI (Python, SQL, statistics, supervised/unsupervised learning, LLMs, MLOps, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of instructional design, project-based learning, and academic scaffolding.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with faculty and iterate content fast.
  • Working familiarity with tools like Jupyter, Tableau, RStudio, Google Colab, Weights Biases, GitHub.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Coursera, Kaggle, Notion, or GitHub is a plus.
  • Experience designing or contributing to university-level programs or online learning platforms.
  • Familiarity with Bloom?s Taxonomy, AoL frameworks, or accreditation processes (e.g., AACSB, EQUIS).
  • Exposure to no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Bubble, Glide, Webflow) and AI productivity stacks (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT APIs, Zapier).
  • 2-4 years of experience in curriculum design, academic innovation, or ed-tech content leadership. You can apply as a fresher after a relevant master's degree or a PhD.?
  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Decision Sciences, or related quantitative fields.
  • Passion for shaping education that is experiential, relevant, and future-aligned.
