We're on the hunt for a IT Security Engineer as part of our company's growth.

The IT Security Engineer handles security incidents and alerts, prioritizing and implementing remediation actions. They design and maintain security controls, enhance monitoring, and foster a security-first culture across the company, making significant contributions to our security posture.

What are you responsible for

Process and prioritize security incidents and alerts
Design and maintain security controls for applications and infrastructure
Maintain cloud, network and device security
Enhance security monitoring and detection systems
Adherence to the Company's Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently.

Skills You'll Need

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Security
2+ years in security roles (Red or Blue team experience)
Hands-on experience with application, system, and network security
Familiarity with cloud computing, Windows and Linux administration, and TCP/IP protocols
Strong knowledge of security fundamentals and best practices
Excellent communication skills in English
Knowledge of our Quality Management System and its application to tasks associated with this role
