CSR Head / CSR Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and own the multi-channel fundraising pipeline corporate CSR, foundation & institutional grants, individual giving, and major donors.
• Personally carry foundation and major-donor relationships, from first outreach to long-term stewardship.
• Set and hit the annual fundraising target that sizes the foundation's grant pool for animal welfare programs.
• Work closely with the Communications/PR function on impact reporting, donor communications, and CSR pitches.
• Report directly to the Chairman & Managing Director on pipeline health, donor pipeline, and progress against target.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A proven track record in fundraising, development, or donor relations nonprofit, CSR, or related sector experience preferred.
• Comfort personally carrying and closing relationships with corporates, foundations, and major individual donors.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate impact into compelling donor-facing narratives.
• A self-starter mindset this is a key first hire on this pillar, building the function largely from the ground up.
• Genuine alignment with animal welfare as a cause, and comfort working in a small, mission-driven foundation.
