Role name: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Professional

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and community-oriented CSR Professional to assist our social impact team with on-ground primary research, field-based need assessments, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting

Location: Kumbalgodu, Bengaluru

Duration: 6 months (Can be extended depending on performance)

Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys, baseline studies, and need-assessment interviews with local community members, government officials, and local leaders
- Coordinate with local administration, local partners, and community stakeholders to facilitate project planning and implementation.
- Synthesize field observations into structured reports, data summaries, and project updates for senior management
- Assist in designing, executing, and evaluating ongoing CSR programs in alignment with corporate strategy and statutory guidelines

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
- Master's degree (or in final year) in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy or a related field. Prior experience in project implementation or academic exposure to social impact, development projects is preferred
- Fluency in Kannada and English (spoken, reading, and written) is mandatory for field interactions
- Excellent community mobilization and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively to rural and semi-urban project locations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with practical working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of corporate social responsibility frameworks, Section 135 regulations, and rural development initiatives.
