Role & responsibilities

For Mumbai

• Experience in preparing MIS reports, data analysis, and project monitoring.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

Comfortable with field travel across Maharashtra and preferred proficiency in spoken Marathi.

For Bharuch

• Strong understanding of CSR and NGO operations.
• Hands-on experience in fieldwork within thematic areas such as education, healthcare, environment, community, skill development, livelihood development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Especially proficiency in regional languages (Gujarati)
• Fluency in Gujarati (mandatory) and proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and partnership coordination.
• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork across Gujarat.
