Drafting and Design: Collaborate with engineers, architects, or project managers to interpret concepts and sketches into precise, dimensioned drawings and designs
Accuracy and Precision: Ensure that drawings are accurate, adhere to industry standards, and meet regulatory requirements
Pay meticulous attention to dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications
Modifications and Revisions: Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to drawings as projects evolve or to address any issues during the design process
Technical Documentation: Generate bills of materials (BOMs), assembly instructions, and technical documentation to support manufacturing, construction, or procurement processes
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, project managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless project development and execution
Software Proficiency: Stay current with CAD software updates and industry best practices
Maintain proficiency in using various CAD tools and explore new software to improve efficiency and capabilities
Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks to ensure the integrity and accuracy of CAD drawings and models
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve design-related issues and challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed within budget constraints
