Job Description
You will be a part of Health 360, which is set up to cross-sell health insurance amongst our network of Insurance agents, and acts as an advisory team to boost sales of Health Insurance and help policy issuance.
Responsibilities and Duties
? Using our Dialler to connect with InsuranceDekho's internal insurance agents to pitch Health Insurance and generate customer leads.
? Pitching the right Health insurance plan to the customer, making quotations and converting the lead by adequate follow-ups.
? Understanding the issues faced by the agents due to which they are not doing Health insurance and helping them solve these, including pushing them to join our Internal Health Insurance Trainings.
? You will have monthly activation and premium targets. The targets and success metrics will shift with the course of the project.
