CRM & Email Marketing Manager

• 2 4 years of experience in email/CRM marketing
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar tools)
• Plan and execute campaign calendars (offers, launches, engagement)
• Experience building and optimising flows (not just campaigns)
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and segmentation
• Has worked on revenue-focused email marketing
• Chatbot & WhatsApp
  Set up and manage FAQ-based chatbot flows
  Ensure smooth handover to human support
  Improve response efficiency and customer experience
