Role & responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients at home as per the care plan.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient health status.
• Administer medications, injections, and prescribed treatments.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) when required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Educate patients and family members on health management and care procedures.
• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams regarding patient progress.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety at all times.
