Role & responsibilities
- Drafting of legal notices, replies, agreements, petitions, and applications
- Court appearances and case handling
- Excellent legal drafting and documentation skills
- Expertise in handling Criminal and Civil matters
- Ability to manage court procedures, client coordination, and legal compliance independently
- Liasoning with advocates, clients, government authorities, and departments
- Managing litigation and legal documentation
Preferred candidate profile
- Law graduate from Tier1 college
- Relevant criminal/civil litigation experience
- Good communication and negotiation skills
