- Cost estimation and tooling development
- Rejection analysis, RCA & CAPA
- SAP PP/MM knowledge
- 5S, Kaizen, VA & VE projects
Responsibilities:
- Design patterns, dies, layouts, and 3D models
- Develop gating and methoding for castings
- Coordinate with tool manufacturers for timely delivery
- Support cost optimization and design improvement projects
- Resolve pattern-related issues and maintain design records
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
