Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Manager to join our team in Warangal, responsible for managing secured business loans (Micro LAP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit management and excellent analytical skills. As a Credit Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by making informed decisions about loan approvals and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior.
- Develop and implement effective credit risk management strategies to minimize losses.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and provide recommendations on loan approvals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of lending operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delinquency rates and collection efficiencies.
- Stay updated with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of credit management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with Micro LAP products is an added advantage.
