Location: Chennai,DLF
Shift: Flexible to work across all shifts, including Australian shift which starts 2:30 AM / 3:30 AM IST
Work Model: 5 days Work From Office/ No WFH
Notice period: Immediate Joiners only
Role Overview:
-We are looking for experienced professionals in Credit Operations / Collateral Management to support secured lending and asset finance portfolios. The role involves end-to-end collateral lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and exposure monitoring across systems.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
-3-9 years' experience in Credit Operations / Collateral Management.
-Experience in credit assessment, security interests, and release/discharge processes, limit boarding, and ongoing exposure monitoring in Core and downstream systems.
-Experience with collateral types across mortgage/secured lending, asset finance, including documentation and security interest structures.
-Stakeholder management. Partner with Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, Collections, and Frontline RM. Provide insights into business, exceptions, and collateral gaps.
