Credit / Medical Billing

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage patient accounts receivable (AR) billing, ensuring timely submission of claims to insurance companies.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to medical billing.
• Analyze revenue cycle management data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to patient inquiries regarding their accounts.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in AR billing, insurance billing, hospital administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing regulations and guidelines.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
