Job Description

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who is passionate about creative coding, shaders, animation frameworks, and real-time graphics on the web .
Responsibilities:
  • Design and build immersive websites using Three.js , WebGL , GSAP , shaders , and HTML/CSS/JavaScript .
  • Develop scroll-based animations , cursor-driven interactivity , and mathematics-inspired 3D objects (e.g., fractals, Fibonacci sequences).
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers, 3D artists, and visual storytellers to translate complex narratives into interactive experiences.
  • Create custom GLSL shaders , particle systems , camera transitions , and real-time transformations.
  • Optimize for performance across browsers and devices (desktop and high-end mobile).
  • Integrate assets created in tools like Blender, Cinema4D, or Houdini with Three.js/WebGL projects.
  • Use Git , npm , and other modern tooling for development and version control.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional experience with WebGL and Three.js .
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript , ES6+ , HTML5 , and CSS3 .
  • Hands-on experience with animation libraries such as GSAP or Framer Motion .
  • Experience with custom shaders and GLSL .
  • A portfolio demonstrating interactive websites or creative web-based graphics .
  • Comfort working with 3D math (vectors, matrices, camera transformations).
  • Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web rendering.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of physics simulations , procedural generation , or fractal mathematics (e.g., Mandelbrot set).
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) :
  • Familiarity with React Three Fiber or Next.js .
  • Experience with Blender , Cinema 4D , Houdini , or other 3D modeling tools.
  • Prior work on immersive experiences for brands or creative agencies.
  • Familiarity with SVG animations and canvas-based effects .
  • Experience in deploying high-performance creative websites on platforms like Vercel , Netlify , or Cloudflare Pages .
