Role & Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of designers to deliver outstanding creative work
Set the strategic direction for all creative projects and ensure alignment with client objectives
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for creative discussions
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team, fostering their growth and development
