Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a branding-focused role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Digital, social media, animated media, and e-commerce experience required
Strong well-rounded creative abilities from graphic design to social media content creation
Experience working with e-commerce brands
Exceptional design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and manage a team of creatives.
Comfortable working with data-driven feedback and adapting creative solutions accordingly.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

8-10 years of experience as a Visual Storyteller / Art Director in advertising / design studio or in-house creative agency
Exceptional aesthetic sense, intuitive understanding of design principles and best practice of emerging trends in media and marketing
