Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing CPaaS Sales Executive based in Kolkatawith *5+ years of proven experience in SMS / Messaging solution sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise communication needs and experience working with **B2B clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales for CPaaS solutions with a strong focus on SMS, WhatsApp, and messaging products
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard enterprise and mid-market clients across various sectors
  • Conduct product demos, solution pitching, and commercial negotiations
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure and revenue growth
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and account ownership
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and evolving communication technologies

Who Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in CPaaS, SMS Gateway, Messaging / Communication Platforms
  • Deep understanding of A2P SMS, transactional/promotional messaging, DLT, or telecom aggregators
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and enterprise relationship-building skills
  • Experience handling B2B / Enterprise accounts in the Eastern India region is a strong plus
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced tech environment
