Coupe System Administrator

Job Summary

• The Coupa System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations, support, and stability of the Coupa platform. This role ensures smooth system performance by managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, supporting end users, and maintaining system configurations.

Key Deliverables

• Timely resolution of incidents and service requests based on SLA targets
• Enables high system availability and performance
• Effective communication to end users during incidents and changes
• Minimal disruption during Coupa releases and updates
• Continuous improvement of support processes

Core Responsibilities

• Incident Management & Support: Monitor, log, prioritize, and resolve incidents
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix procurement, invoicing, and supplier issues
• End User Support: Communicate and assist users effectively
• System Administration: Manage roles, access, and configurations
• Change & Release Support: Assist in deployments and UAT
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance processes and documentation

Role Requirements

• Strong communication and customer-service mindset
• Experience with Coupa administration
• Understanding of Source-to-Pay processes
• Experience with incident management and troubleshooting Familiarity with ticketing tools
