Corporate Strategy Manager

Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence:

- Track, analyze, and synthesize macroeconomic trends, competitive landscapes, and global industry movements across the chemical, manufacturing, and pharma sectors.

- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify future growth vectors and white spaces for the business.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) & JV Valuation:

- Identify, evaluate, and screen potential strategic partners, consortiums, joint venture allies, and M&A targets globally.

- Build comprehensive financial models, perform valuations, conduct sensitivity analyses, and drive business case scenarios for both acquisitions and JV partnerships.

- Assist leadership during due diligence processes, negotiation of commercial terms, and drafting of key transaction documents (e.g., Memorandums of Understanding, Shareholder Agreements, and JV frameworks).

- Participate in post-merger integration planning and design governance frameworks for newly formed Joint Ventures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Commercial Acumen:

- Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to translate high-level corporate strategy into actionable operational plans.

- Partner with teams on centralized research initiatives, including analyzing New Product Development (NPD) pipelines from a global commercial and technical lens.

Stakeholder Management & Networking:

- Leverage and build a strong professional network within the chemical, financial services, and broader manufacturing ecosystems to extract sector insights.

- Prepare high-impact presentations and strategic dossiers for the executive leadership team.
