Corporate Social Responsibility Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies for CSR initiatives and campaigns.
• Create engaging content including CSR reports, impact stories, newsletters, presentations, and social media posts.
• Manage stakeholder, donor, and corporate partner communications.
• Coordinate media relations, PR activities, and CSR events.
• Design communication materials using Canva, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
• Support fundraising through donor communication and impact reporting.
• Monitor communication performance and maintain branding consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to showcase project outcomes and social impact effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of experience in CSR Communication, NGO Communication, Corporate Communications, or PR.
• Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Social Work, or related fields.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and content creation skills.
• Experience in CSR reports, impact stories, presentations, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, MS Office, and social media management.
• Knowledge of CSR, sustainability, fundraising, and NGO operations preferred.
• Creative, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects.
