Corporate Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to acquire new business.
• Identify, engage, and close opportunities with medium and large enterprises.
• Build relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Administration Heads, Procurement Teams, and Business Leaders.
• Generate revenue through direct sales, strategic partnerships, and channel relationships.
• Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract closures.
• Manage and grow a team of sales professionals, ensuring achievement of business targets.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting process.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to drive growth initiatives.
• Manage key client relationships and ensure long-term account growth.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• 915 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and acquiring enterprise clients.
• Prior experience in leading and managing sales teams.
• Experience in SaaS, Technology, Business Services, Real Estate, Housing, or related sectors is preferred.
• Strong network within corporate HR, Administration, Procurement, Facilities, Real Estate, or Business Services functions is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, commercially focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
