Corporate Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT, non-IT, and domestic staffing positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in corporate recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of IT recruitment, non-IT recruitment, and domestic staffing industries.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients, candidates, and internal teams.
