Corporate Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent for various positions within the organization through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other sources.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the job requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :

• Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting creation, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, etc.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
