Job Description

Manage all legal, compliance, and operational aspects of the Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) business.

Draft and review, loan documents, debenture documents, security documents, and other transaction-related agreements, public issue documents.

Manage end-to-end fund documentation, investor onboarding, scheme launches, and regulatory filings.

Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.

Develop, implement, and periodically review policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks for fund.

Coordinate with trustees, custodians, auditors, consultants, law firms, and regulatory authorities.

Manage employment-related legal matters, including contracts, policies.

Monitor regulatory developments and implement necessary compliance measures.

Support corporate governance, regulatory audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

LLB from a recognized university

Strong understanding of SEBI AIF Regulations, Companies Act, RBI regulations, and related regulatory frameworks

Hands-on experience in fund operations, investor onboarding, regulatory filings, and compliance management.

Strong communication, drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
