Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Draft various types of agreements such as JV agreements, sale deeds, land purchase agreements, and other real estate laws.
- Handle litigation related to real estate disputes and provide legal advice on non-litigation matters.
- Conduct due diligence reviews for property transactions and draft documents accordingly.
- Provide expertise in drafting deeds (land deeds) and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-10 years of experience in corporate law firm handling real estate cases.
- LLB - Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of agreements (JV agreements), drafting deeds (land deeds), land purchase agreements, real estate laws, and sale deeds.
