Job Description:

As the Corporate Affair - Legal Assistant Manager/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal and corporate affairs matters for our organization. You will work closely with the legal team and senior management to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal guidance and support to the company on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
3. Conduct research and provide legal opinions on complex legal issues.
4. Manage external legal counsel and other service providers as required.
5. Provide training and support to internal teams on legal and compliance matters.
6. Assist in the establishment and maintenance of corporate governance standards and policies.
7. Ensure compliance with all local and national legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Law from a recognized institution.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal role.
3. Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in India.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
