Job Description
Serves as project manager responsible for the safe and quality delivery of mcl projects which includes but not limited for construction (civil), installation (electrical mechanical), erection (civil, mechanical and electrical), pre-commissioning and start up activities of the project including the development of erection plan project schedule, resource management and co-ordination, cost management and forecasting .
Plan and budget for all resources for basic building blocks and tools for manpower.
Responsible for ensuring the project progress through each phase successfully on time and on budget.
Co-ordination with internal as well as the external team for smooth execution of the project.
Trouble shooting of daily problem identified at site and to ensure smooth delivery of the project.
Preparing and report the Dashboard periodically as and when required.
Requirement
Engineering degree or equivalent.
7-8 years of experience in construction (civil), installation commission (mechanical, electrical).
High order interpersonal skills and the ability to operate within culture and customs.
High level managing skills for engineering design work.
High level co-ordination skills among clerk, vendor and internal related department.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with ability to interact across multiple discipline.
Overall knowledge of engineering design method, procedure and codes/standards 8. High level of awareness of commercial, cost, schedule and contacts.
