Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer (6+ years) with an exceptional command over Vanilla JavaScript and native web standards. This role is strictly for engineers who can architect, optimize, and build interactive web applications from scratch without relying on modern component libraries or frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue).

The ideal candidate must be a master of raw DOM manipulation, semantic HTML5, modern layout engines in CSS3, and enterprise version control via GitHub. You will be responsible for creating highly efficient, zero-dependency user interfaces that deliver exceptional performance across all modern web browsers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Core JavaScript & UI Development

• Architect and implement dynamic, highly interactive frontend modules using clean, maintainable, and optimized Vanilla JavaScript (ES6+).
• Perform high-performance, raw DOM manipulation and element traversal natively using Web APIs.
• Translate design layouts (Figma / Adobe XD) into cross-browser compatible, responsive, and fluid web templates.

2. Layout & Styling Engineering

• Write modular, semantic, and organized HTML5 structures to ensure strong SEO principles and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Create fluid responsive systems using advanced CSS3 features, including CSS Custom Properties (Variables), Flexbox, and CSS Grid.
• Track down, debug, and resolve rendering or script execution discrepancies across different layout engines (Gecko, Blink, WebKit).

3. Code Management & Version Control

• Maintain repository hygiene by executing daily code changes, handling merge requests, branching strategies, and conflicts through GitHub.
• Conduct technical peer code reviews to enforce best practices, performance optimization, and clean architectural patterns.

Required Candidate Profile

Technical Competencies:

• Core JavaScript Expertise: Advanced understanding of execution contexts, closures, prototypes, event delegation, asynchronous patterns (Promises/Async-Await), and native event loops.
• Native Web APIs: Mastery over the Document Object Model (DOM), Fetch API, Storage APIs, and Intersection Observer API without framework abstractions.
• Modern Styling Frameworks: Deep practical knowledge of responsive web design (RWD), CSS grid systems, and optimization of Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS).

Behavioral & Functional Skills:

• 6+ Years of focused Frontend Experience exclusively handling UI and vanilla web architectures.
• Shift Flexibility: Absolute willingness to work in rolling/rotational shift schedules based on project milestones and support demands.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proven track record of debugging production bottlenecks and script performance blocks using browser developer tools.
