Conversational AI Platforms Microsoft Bot Framework v4 (Adaptive Dialogs, Waterfall Dialogs, Middleware) Kore.ai or similar CAI platforms Programming Languages C#, .NET JavaScript, HTML, CSS NLP / NLU Azure CLU (Intent, Entities), Classical NLU approaches Generative AI Azure OpenAI (GPT models), Hybrid NLU + GenAI fallback flows Integrations Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs (Live Agent, Knowledge, Cases) MuleSoft or other ESB platforms Databases Azure Cosmos DB (state, user data, telemetry) Analytics Power BI (conversation analysis, optimization) DevOps / SDLC CI/CD pipelines (Dev/Test/Prod), Release management
