Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Conversational AI Developer to design, develop, and optimize AI-driven chatbots, voice assistants, and virtual agents. The ideal candidate should have experience with NLP, machine learning, and chatbot frameworks to create seamless, human-like interactions across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and optimize AI chatbots and virtual assistants using NLP and machine learning models.
• Work with platforms like Google Dialog flow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Kore.ai, Rasa, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, or OpenAI GPT.
• Implement intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management.
• Integrate conversational AI with messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, Facebook Messenger, etc.) and enterprise applications.
• Use APIs and webhooks to connect AI bots with CRM, ERP, and backend systems.
• Improve chatbot accuracy through NLP tuning, machine learning models, and training datasets.
• Collaborate with UX designers to create natural, intuitive conversation flows.
• Monitor bot analytics and optimize performance based on user interactions and feedback.
• Ensure chatbot security, compliance, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with NLP frameworks (spaCy, NLTK, BERT, GPT, LLaMA, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms (Google Dialogflow, Rasa, Kore.ai, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java for chatbot development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, AI pipelines, and model training.
• Experience with speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies (e.g., Google Speech, Amazon Polly).
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multilingual chatbots and language localization.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Bard, Claude, Mistral, Llama 2).
• Understanding of Reinforcement Learning (RLHF) for AI fine-tuning.
• Experience working with IVR and voice AI solutions.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles for chat interfaces.
