Contracts Manager- M&A

To qualify for the role you must have:

• 8 - 10 years of industry experience in Mergers & acquisitions, thorough knowledge of, and/or proven record of success in pre-sign diligence, pre-close and post-close M&A support for clients, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, private equity or corporate organizations
• Proven experience and understanding of various facets of merger, acquisition, spin-offs and/or divestiture transactions and extensive experience in SMO/IMO support 
• Experience in analyzing company financials (AP, AR data); strategic planning and business reviews and growth
• Experience assisting clients in vendor engagement post Deal, cost take out analysis, synergy creation and other such use cases to drive value 
• Exposure to Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM), legal / contractual due diligence preferred
• Excellent written and verbal business communication, strong research and data analysis skills
• Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines and utilize project management skills to manage tasks
• Problem-solving skills - ability to analyze data sets and an aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis using the standard suite of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
• Extensive experience in creating clear and concise reports, including building data visualization dashboards and executive reports on PowerPoint
• Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI and/or Excel Charts 
• Experience in Alteryx and python scripting will be an added advantage

Education Qualification:

• Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management or a related discipline
• The ideal candidate will combine academic qualifications with a strong track record of practical experience in mergers and acquisitions, contractual due diligence and data analysis
