Responsibilities

• - Managing HCP/HCO contracts from intake through template drafting, redline review, e-signature, amendments, and system of record upload, confirming accuracy, compliance, and timely execution while maintaining high-volume
• efficiency
  -Creating, processing, and executing HCP/HCO contracts using standard system templates
  - Reviewing and drafting contracts to support healthcare client engagements confirming all documentation is complete, accurate and compliant
• -Review and proofread contracts for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with internal policies
• -Submit contracts to the parties for signature (e-signature) and track status to closure
• -Send applicable contracts for upload into the system of record, confirming documentation is
• organized and audit-ready
  - Analyzing client operational processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance productivity
  - Developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive business performance
  - Collaborating with clients to implement technology solutions and process automation
  - Supporting the development of operational excellence frameworks to improve quality and efficiency
  - Gathering and interpreting data to inform operational strategies and solutions
  - Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to streamline operations
  - Applying lean process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational outcomes
  - Participating in project management tasks to validate timely delivery of client solutions
  - Assisting in the development and execution of operations strategies to achieve client objectives
  - Contributing to the implementation of emerging technologies to gain a competitive advantage
