About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead the Health & Safety function at a high-volume Packing & Distribution Centre. Reporting directly to the Factory/Packing Centre Head, this leadership role is responsible for driving a strong safety culture and ensuring a safe working environment. The role carries the authority to stop operations in the event of any critical safety concern.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and promote a strong Health & Safety culture across the packing centre.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company HSE standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Lead safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and promote continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations teams to ensure safe packing, warehousing, and dispatch activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Health & Safety within a Packing Centre, Warehouse, FMCG, Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health & safety regulations and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
