Content Writer Trainee

Position Requirements:

• Strong research and fact-checking skills
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital content best practices
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Experience writing content for U.S. audiences is a plus
• Exposure to AI-assisted content tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude
• Experience in guiding teams on integrating AI-assisted workflows into writing processes to enhance productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems is a plus

Role & Responsibilities:

• Proofreading and editing content for spelling, grammar and syntax
• Ensuring that content meets the companys or clients needs and follows our in-house style guide
• Organizing, modifying and updating existing content to ensure the proper flow of thoughts
• Verifying content and information
• Collaborating with co-workers and coming up with fresh, creative ideas to sustain the team’s quality output
• Managing a busy workload according to the deadline
• Understanding SEO and industry best practices
