Job Description
- Seasoned content writer for websites, newsletters, blogs and other promotional material.
- Excellent command over written English. Proficiency in MS Office.
- Build user engagement and increase traffic through their writing.
- Monitoring and responding to user-contributed website content
- Participating in social media efforts for the company.
- Editing and Proof reading content.
- Ability to research and parse valuable data from existing content
- Research trends, news, and social media content for strategic use in content development
- Ability to plan new and engaging pieces of content. Build user engagement and increase traffic through their writing.
- Ensure consistency in branding, promotions and strategic messaging.
- Ability to work on multiple accounts at a time.
- Last but not least... A team player but also should be able to work without supervision.
- A Bachelors degree with a heavy focus on verbal and written communication
- 2 to 4 years of industry/sector experience
- Impeccable command over grammar with excellent copy editing skills
- Content writers are required to know basic design fundamentals and be familiar with digital content management systems
