Content Management Expert

• evaluating and building upon content strategies
• prioritizing and delegating strategic department goals and ensuring that critical initiatives have clear owners, and that projects are mapped out into clear deliverables, milestones, and deadlines
• identifying new content channels, experimenting with content treatments to optimize the cost and quality balance
• mentoring, coaching, providing feedback, performance planning and career path development of front line managers
• working directly with client managers, brand strategists, project managers and other associates on running and prospective projects

Skills we require

• prior content management and operations experience preferred
• ability to manage and motivate a large team
• experience in managing a budget, large teams, and operational workflows
• proven Track record in improving results in challenging and evolving business environments
