A leading B2B industrial automation and engineering solutions company is looking to partner with a boutique agency that deeply understands B2B content and LinkedIn growth.
Platform: LinkedIn (Primary)
Brief Requirements: - Full LinkedIn management: content strategy, creation, posting, and optimisation
- Grow followers across multiple verticals and relevant business functions
- Develop a structured content calendar and suggest the best content mix and posting cadence
- Handle analytics, insights, and performance-driven optimisation
- Build thought-leadership narrative through strong storytelling
- Support event- and exhibition-led content
- Strategic flexibility - the brand prefers minimal approval cycles. The agency will have complete creative ownership within agreed guidelines
Platform: YouTube (Secondary)
Brief Requirements: - Fully manage and optimise the brands YouTube presence
- Lead channel growth strategy and ranking approach
- Identify and target relevant keywords to improve search ranking and visibility
- Own optimisation
- Ongoing performance tracking and improvement roadmap
- Content creation will be handled by the brands in-house team
- A boutique agency preferred
- Strong B2B social media understanding (especially LinkedIn & YouTube)
- Experience in analytics, optimisation, and strategic content planning
- Ability to work independently with minimal approvals
- A proactive partner who can guide, not just execute
