Job Responsibilities:
Pathology Reporting & Diagnostics

Review, analyze, and validate pathology reports with high diagnostic accuracy.
Interpret laboratory investigations including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, histopathology, and cytology findings.
Provide clinical consultation and support to referring doctors and internal teams when required.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting as per defined turnaround times (TAT).
Quality & Compliance

Ensure adherence to NABL guidelines, quality protocols, and laboratory standards.
Participate in internal and external quality assurance programs.
Maintain proper documentation and support audit readiness.
Monitor and improve reporting quality and operational efficiency.
Laboratory Operations

Coordinate with lab operations teams for smooth workflow management.
Ensure proper utilization of laboratory equipment and diagnostic resources.
Support implementation of best practices in laboratory processes.
Team Collaboration

Work closely with technicians, lab managers, and operations teams.
Guide and mentor junior pathology staff when required.
Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous learning.
Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with clinicians and healthcare partners for diagnostic clarification.
Handle escalations related to pathology reporting and quality concerns.
Ensure effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Strong expertise in pathology diagnostics and reporting.
Knowledge of NABL standards and laboratory quality systems.
Excellent analytical and clinical interpretation skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a high-volume diagnostic environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality healthcare delivery.
