_x000D_ Job Responsibilities:
Pathology Reporting & Diagnostics
_x000D_
_x000D_ Review, analyze, and validate pathology reports with high diagnostic accuracy.
_x000D_ Interpret laboratory investigations including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, histopathology, and cytology findings.
_x000D_ Provide clinical consultation and support to referring doctors and internal teams when required.
_x000D_ Ensure timely and accurate reporting as per defined turnaround times (TAT).
Quality & Compliance
_x000D_
_x000D_ Ensure adherence to NABL guidelines, quality protocols, and laboratory standards.
_x000D_ Participate in internal and external quality assurance programs.
_x000D_ Maintain proper documentation and support audit readiness.
_x000D_ Monitor and improve reporting quality and operational efficiency.
Laboratory Operations

_x000D_ Coordinate with lab operations teams for smooth workflow management.
_x000D_ Ensure proper utilization of laboratory equipment and diagnostic resources.
_x000D_ Support implementation of best practices in laboratory processes.
Team Collaboration

_x000D_ Work closely with technicians, lab managers, and operations teams.
_x000D_ Guide and mentor junior pathology staff when required.
_x000D_ Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous learning.
Stakeholder Management

_x000D_ Coordinate with clinicians and healthcare partners for diagnostic clarification.
_x000D_ Handle escalations related to pathology reporting and quality concerns.
_x000D_ Ensure effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements:

Strong expertise in pathology diagnostics and reporting.
_x000D_ Knowledge of NABL standards and laboratory quality systems.
_x000D_ Excellent analytical and clinical interpretation skills.

_x000D_ Ability to work in a high-volume diagnostic environment.
