Summary
We
are seeking talented and motivated AI Engineers to join our dynamic team,
focusing on applied generative AI solutions, document processing, and advanced
data pipelines. The ideal candidate will work closely with our senior team to
develop innovative AI-driven applications and tools.
Key
Responsibilities
Develop and implement
generative AI applications with a focus on document processing and agentic
capabilities.
Design and optimise
data pipelines for AI/ML workflows
Build and maintain
Large Language Model (LLM) based applications
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges
Participate in code
reviews and contribute to best practices in AI development
Assist in researching
and implementing state-of-the-art AI technologies
Contribute in
evaluation of use cases and third party AI tools.
Support the development
of scalable and efficient AI solutions
Create and maintain
technical documentation for AI systems and processes.
Technical
Skills and Tooling
Programming Languages:
o Python (proficiency
required)
o JavaScript/TypeScript
(beneficial)
Core Technical
Competencies:
o Experience building
LLM-based applications
o Understanding of agents
and agentic workflows
o Understanding of
machine learning and applied AI concepts
o Proficiency in data
pipeline development
o Document AI and
information extraction
o Prompt engineering
o API development
AI/ML Frameworks and
Libraries:
o TensorFlow or
PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy
o LangChain/Llama/HayStack
and similar LLM orchestration frameworks
o MCP and other open
source frameworks
Tooling
o Familiarity with
Docker, Gitlab, VScode, coding assistants.
o Anything LLM
Educational
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in
Engineering (Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field)
Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
Excellent communication
