Job Description
Functional Responsibilities:
1. Act as a key liaison between Japanese-speaking stakeholders and the IT development team, facilitating effectivecommunication and understanding of business requirements.
2. Analyze and document business processes, systems, and user requirements, ensuring that all technical solutions align with the strategic objectives of the organization and meet the needsof Japanese-speaking clients.
3. Translate technical documents,business requirements, and other relevant materials from Japanese to English and vice versa to ensure clear and accurate communication between all parties.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements,providing valuable insights and recommendations for IT solutions.
5. Conduct thorough analysis ofdata and system performance to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization, providing actionable insights to support informed decision- making.
6. Develop comprehensive businesscases, requirement specifications, and other documentation to support the planning and implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
7. Participate in the testing and validation of IT systems and applications, ensuring that they meet the specifiedrequirements and adhere to the established quality standards.
8. Provide training and support to Japanese-speaking users on IT systems, ensuring that they are proficient inutilizing the technology to its full potential.
9. Stay updated with thelatest developments in the ITindustry and the specifictechnological needs of the Japanese market, providing proactive recommendations for the organization's IT strategy and roadmap.
Required skill sets:
1. Fluency in Japanese, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japaneseand English.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on IT systems and processes.
3. P roven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandableterms for non-technical stakeholders, particularly those who primarily speakJapanese.
4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
6. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management
