Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) applications.
• Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, data integrity, and user access.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions.
• Develop training materials and provide guidance on system usage to end-users.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of HRSD systems and processes.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform.
