Role Overview:

Act as functional lead translating business inventory processes into SIOCS configurations and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct requirement discovery workshops
Perform fit-gap analysis
Configure SIOCS business parameters and workflows
Support business process definition including:
- Receiving
- Transfers
- Stock counts
- Inventory adjustments
- Store operations
Prepare functional design documents
Support UAT and business validation
Conduct key-user training sessions

Required Skills:

Strong retail inventory/store operations knowledge
Hands-on SIOCS functional configuration experience
Client-facing and documentation expertise
