  • Configure, customize, test, and deploy Business Central applications as per client needs.

  • Prepare functional specifications, user documentation, and training materials.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, end-user training, and provide post-go-live support.

  • Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Support pre-sales activities, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvement and organizational initiatives.
