Consultant (Contractual basis)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team on a contractual basis in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 15 to 20 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

• Provide support for project management, coordination with states, technical guidance to analysts, report writing, and quality checking.
• Manage large national/state-level projects and lead teams of scientists.
• Conduct image processing, GIS, and data analysis tasks.
• Engage in crop production forecasting using satellite data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems.

Job Requirements

• Ph.D. degree in any branch of Science.
• At least 15 years of experience in applications of Remote Sensing & GIS in Agriculture and related disciplines.
• Experience in managing large national/state-level projects.
• Strong knowledge of Image Processing, GIS, and Data Analysis.
• Experience in crop production forecasting using satellite data.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
