Job Summary: Construction Supervisor

We are looking for a Construction Supervisor to oversee the extension work of our existing building and supervise maintenance activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction and maintenance work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the extension work of the existing building from start to completion.

• Monitor day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure timely completion of construction and maintenance projects. • Monitor material usage and verify work progress.

• Report project status, delays, and issues to the management team.

• Supervise routine and preventive maintenance work within the facility. • Maintain project documentation, site records, and progress reports.

• Resolve on-site issues efficiently to minimize project delays.
