We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager/Resident Engineer Cum Building Manager to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, particularly in dia-grid and structural steel projects.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the construction of high-rise buildings using dia-grid and structural steel.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
Collaborate with the design team to resolve technical issues during construction.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in high-rise building projects.
