Job Description Comptel EL (Mediation) Operations:
- Minimum work experience of 2 years
- Good understanding of telecom domain
- Working experience of at least 1+ year in the product Comptel/Nokia EVENTLINK 7.2 and above.
- Hands on experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, Unix & Unix shell scripting.
- Should have ability to understand customer requirement.
- Should have experience of Comptel/Nokia EL application support
- Should have knowledge of troubleshooting Times Ten based nodes
