Company Secretary - Semi qualified

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and timely submission of regulatory filings, reports, returns, and other documents to Exchanges and Depositories.
• Handle investor grievances and ensure timely resolution as per regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate and assist in Concurrent Audits, Internal Audits, Regulatory Inspections, and Exchange/Depository audits.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI Regulations, SCRA, Exchange Bye-laws, Rules, Circulars, and Depository guidelines applicable to the organization.
• Liaise with NSE, BSE, MCX, CDSL, and other regulatory bodies for routine compliance matters.
• Coordinate with back-office vendors and internal teams for compliance-related activities.
• Review, update, and maintain internal policies, SOPs, forms, and compliance documentation.
• Draft regulatory responses, compliance reports, internal communications, and audit submissions.
• Monitor regulatory circulars and implement necessary changes in processes and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 21 months of Articleship Training completed.
• Working knowledge of SEBI, NSE, BSE, MCX, and CDSL regulations.
• Strong drafting, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in stock broking or depository participant compliance functions.
• Familiarity with AML, KYC, PMLA, Investor Grievance Handling, and Audit Coordination.
• Exposure to exchange and depository inspections and regulatory reporting.

Preferred: Male candidate based in Bangalore.
